Based on the sample we showed in the previous newsletter, we had to make some minor changes to the motors positions to increase the user comfort. This change will not affect the outer design. In the meantime, we were also investigating a problem that appeared with the electronic circuit boards from one of the first batches ordered. On Saturday, October 20th, the first batch of 45 pieces will be completed. The delivery to our EU warehouse will take another six days. Once the stocks reach our warehouse, we will begin the shipping as soon as possible. We strongly believe the next batch of 50 another pieces and others will soon follow after. The shipping to our customers will be done in several waves. We will keep you updated once we receive an update from the factory. We understand and share the anger some of you may feel following our previous delay announcements. Sometimes things don't go our way. We had always assumed the completion of the product delivery based on the information from the manufacturer. But having waited a long time from the delays we decided to offer both SimShaker software packages to the first 200 pre-orders (for your confirmation, please use the provided email contact). Neue infos zur Flugmatte es geht wohl los: Hallo sashmigo, to inform you, we just have got the first batch of ForceFeel products today, that is ready for final delivery. We aim to begin shipping the first batch this Friday, in the cooperation with our new logistics partner based in Central Europe. The quantity will now include only 40 orders as we have to reserve some pieces for our developers to trigger the SimShaker software integration. But don't worry if you are not on the list, the next batch will follow soon! The rest of the ForceFeel series will be produced at once and its completion is scheduled for the next week. The produced quantity - approximately several hundred pieces - is sufficient to fulfil all orders. We will let you know when the next batch is on the way to our warehouse. We will email all our customers personally about their ForceFeel delivery. For our European customers, the orders will be dispatched by the GLS courier. The FedEx will deliver the pre-orders from customers located in the USA, Canada, Australia or the rest of the world. Team Pimax schien zwischenzeitlich näher zu kommen, aber inzwischen ist man sich nicht mehr sicher, ob sie noch die Ziellinie im Blick haben, genau genommen suchen die Kollegen gerade in den Stadiontoiletten nach dem Pimax Läufer, und werden ihn gleich ausrufen, dass er sich bitte beim Stadionsprecher melden soll...
